FAQ
Answers before the steering meeting.
What operators, commercial leaders, and procurement ask before they commit budget — if yours is not here, contact us and we will reply within one business day.
Working together
Who is Co‑Venant a good fit for?
Ambitious UK and international teams where growth has become a board issue — vendor sprawl, conflicting dashboards, or programmes nobody can govern. If you need pipeline finance trusts, not another agency deck, we should talk.
How do engagements usually start?
A short discovery on your constraint, stakeholders, and instrumentation. If there is fit, we propose phased scope with milestones — not an open-ended retainer that renews on vibes.
Do you replace our in-house team?
No. We integrate with commercial, product, and ops — senior operators who stay accountable to outcomes your team can run after handover. Think programme leadership, not body-shop capacity.
Where are you based? Do you work remotely?
London HQ with senior delivery across the UK and internationally. Steering sessions on-site where it matters; execution rhythms your team can sustain remotely.
How quickly will you respond to an enquiry?
Within one business day. Note procurement or board deadlines in your message — we prioritise when we can.
Programmes & pricing
How does pricing work?
Programmes with phased scope and commercial artefacts — proposals, reporting packs, handover. Use the indicative estimate wizard for a range; final fees sit in a statement of work.
How long do programmes run?
Phase one is often 8–16 weeks — instrumentation, channels, product, or a blend. Longer partnerships follow once outcomes and governance are proven, not assumed.
Who owns deliverables and IP?
Client-owned outputs — creative, code, playbooks, access — are defined in contract. We document handover so you are not locked into a black box.
Is there a minimum engagement?
We prioritise work where integrated delivery creates measurable value. Share context via contact or the offer wizard — we will be direct if we are not the right fit.
Measurement & platform
What does reporting look like?
Monthly packs aligned to finance definitions — pipeline quality, contribution metrics, milestone progress. Dashboards support the narrative; they do not replace accountable steering.
Do clients get a portal?
Yes — projects, documents, commercial artefacts, and messages in one scoped workspace. Preview the interactive demo on our Client platform page.
How do you handle data and access?
Server-side authorisation, audit logs, and least-privilege roles. See our Trust page for platform security, tenant separation, and data handling.
